How to prepare for your dog's evaluation day

Set up your customer portal where you can upload a picture of your dog and all of their vaccination records, add credit card info for payments, sign our agreement and request future reservations

we will need a completed personality profile for each dog before any evaluations

Email or upload a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccination records to the customer portal prior to evaluation

We require the following up to date immunizations for all dogs:

• Rabies

• DHLPP(Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo)

• Bordetella

• Canine Influenza

We also HIGHLY recommend the lyme vaccine and flea and tick preventatives, as the dogs are mostly outside during their time here

we do NOT accept intact dogs once they are 8 months or older

all dogs must come in wearing their collar/nametag and leashed when you arrive.
