How to prepare for your dog's evaluation day

  • Set up your customer portal where you can upload a picture of your dog and all of their vaccination records, add credit card info for payments, sign our agreement and request future reservations

  • we will need a completed personality profile for each dog before any evaluations

  • Email or upload a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccination records to the customer portal prior to evaluation

  • We require the following up to date immunizations for all dogs:

    • Rabies

    • DHLPP(Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo)

    • Bordetella

    • Canine Influenza

  • We also HIGHLY recommend the lyme vaccine and flea and tick preventatives, as the dogs are mostly outside during their time here

  • we do NOT accept intact dogs once they are 8 months or older

  • all dogs must come in wearing their collar/nametag and leashed when you arrive.
